National service scheme popularly called as NSS is an Indian Government-Sponsored, public service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and sports of the Government of India. Aimed to improve the students personality towards community service. NSS is a voluntary of students at Colleges, Universities and at +2 Grade level integrating the Campus & Community. The Cardinal principle of NSS is that Students themselves involve in organising the programme, Teachers and students work together in the task of nation building.
